1. Contamination: There are no stains, stains, grease and other dirty items visible to the naked eye.

2. Color difference test: This can be observed with the naked eye to see the color of the rope, the edge of the grain wrapped with needles, not messy, the color should be very pure.

3. Rough edges: Usually the rough edges of certain yarns, which can also be observed with the naked eye. The sides and locking edges of the straps should be free of severe clumps or hair.

4. Skipping: This can also be observed with the naked eye. There should be no skipping rope on the rope. The quality of the rope must also be related to the specification of the rope. The standard specification is the best reflection of the quality of the ribbon.

5. Thickness detection: Vernier caliper is accurate to 0 and 001 for measurement. Tolerances must not exceed plus or minus 0 and 1mm.

6. Width detection: Use a caliper of 1 inch or larger to measure the braided tape, and the tolerance shall not exceed plus or minus 0 and 25 mm; the standard tolerance of the rope width is 1 inch or less, and shall not exceed plus or minus 0 and 25 mm. Note: Regular and herringbone tape must be of sufficient size and must not exceed the 0 and 25 marks.
